For anyone who wishes to collect from the shop, please allow 48 hours from order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We're sure that you will love your items and won't want to send them back, but if you do:-
RETURNS POLICY
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt – if it is outside this time, we will be unable to process your refund.
- Items must be returned unworn & unwashed; with the tags intact and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- Refunds will not be given on items that are unfit for resale, due to make-up marks, strong odours, pet hairs etc.
- Due to hygiene restrictions we are unable to refund earrings.
REFUNDS
When we have received and inspected your return, we will e-mail you. If your refund is successful, we will credit your credit card or other method of payment.
SALE ITEMS
Sorry – sale items are non-returnable.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
- Please send your item back to
Pretty Special, 93, Church Street, Tewkesbury, Glos. GL20 5RS.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns, so these must be made at your own cost.
- We advise the use of a trackable service for returning goods.
FAULTY ITEMS
